Changing Russian, Thai, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese to English On Windows 7

For how to change language in windows 7 from Russia to England the following steps :

1. Keep in mind that this tutorial applies to windows 7 is already installed on your computer but Russian, Chinese, Arab or otherwise.
2. Download Windows 7 SP1 MUI Language Pack English / English or other
3. Double click on the file windows6.1-kb2483139-x86-en-us and will be the (agreed) that has been given a red arrow as shown below

4. Next, please wait until the complete installation and restart your PC.

5. After completion of the installation of Windows 7 SP1 (MUI) Language Pack English, then 
click Start then contol panel (clicks that have been marked with red arrows)

6. Please click Regional and Language in the picture below and notice the arrow mark

7. Select Englis for language selection

8. Then press the button marked with arrows and your PC will restart automatically

9. After restart go to start >> contol panel >> Clock, Language And Region and then you set the Date And Time and Region And Language to English or you inginkan

10. Now click on the local system change and then select the language English and click OK

11. And still in the Region Language, and select the Administrative tab and click the Copy button setting

12. On the Welcome screen and new user account settings, put a tick on the Welcome screen and the system account and then click OK

13. Until this work has been completed and you can use the English language windows 7 sp1
